Steven Hendricks + Rebecca Harvey

Rebecca Harvey was only 18 years old when police found her burned body. But her boyfriend, 22 year old Steven Hendricks,  was no where to be found.  It's been 35 years and police still don't know  who killed Rebecca or where Steven is. Someone knows something.
